Little Leo

Here he is the little guy... He came on Nov. 3 at 4:00 a.m. He weighed 7lbs 12 ounces after 24 hrs of labor- I had him natural- b/c I was more scared of an epi than of natural childbirth... I was soo lucky and got Mae the nurse a plig from Colorado City who has had 10 natural childbirths. She knew all the tricks and was the only reason I could do it. I love that women sooo much. I pushed for 3 1/2 hrs. aaah that was the crazy part. I woke up the day before at 4:00 a.m. to a gigantic lightening storm and that was where it all started with contractions all day etc... My friend Jill came and helped me through the whole process too... which was so sweet of her. I love her. It was so like the Red Tent during my labor with My mom, Sue-o, Jill, Jenee, 2 nurses(Mae and Melissa) and Micah the only boy. It was such an incredible expierence and bonded us all sooo much- I don't really know how else to put it. Sue swears she could have made a million if I would have let her record it. Then it was cool b/c when we were bringing him home there was a light little rainfall, out like a lamb... in like a lion; that's how Leo came.

So I have been thinking about Hawaii when we went last year and I never posted pic's... oopsie. PLus we did a pregnant photo shoot, and I am going to post those as soon as I can and you will all not believe how stretchy our skin can be... EEk. THis trip was soooo fun yay! THe big island is the best!!! It is the most rugged and beautiful of all the islands... ha- since i've never been to any of the others.

he better hurry... he was kicking all night last night and I sweat he gained 5 lbs. in one night alone aah... I am going to make him a quilt out fabrics like this. cute right??? and I hope you are all haveing a fabuous fall I'm hoping for him to be here before Halloween.
